Michael Bodhi Green has been publishing on entertainment media and pop culture for more than two decades. His work has appeared in numerous publications including Salon, Looper, StudioBinder, Pop Matters, Film International, Senses of Cinema, Bright Lights Film Journal, and The Journal of Film and Video. He is the co-editor of Race in American Film: Voices and Visions that Shaped a Nation, which Library Journal named a Best Reference work of 2017. He lives in Los Angeles, where he teaches “The Language of Filmmaking” for UCLA Extension.
